About me

Mary is retired after 36 years of service with DTE Energy and currently serving as the Secretary / Treasurer for the Community of Human and Organizational Learning.

Led DTE Energy corporate initiative to implement Human Performance Improvement initiatives across the Company.

Certified as a Lean – Six Sigma Black Belt
Human Performance Manager
Experienced in managing operations, maintenance, engineering, and outage management.
Hands on experience with all aspects of work management; initiation, planning, scheduling, execution and close out of work.

Mary is currently serving as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors for the Community of Human and Organizational Learning. Mary has been a member of the board since 2016.
