Part 1 is "Solidifying HOP Basics"
This course will address some of the reasons companies struggle with the implementation of HOP.  We now have years of experience providing examples of those organizations that do well, and those that struggle.  It is common for companies to have an initial interest in HOP but hesitate to fully commit to its implementation.  Hence, they slowly move towards a HOP approach without an official commitment.  By the time leaders are sold on HOP, numerous process/culture corrections will be required.  These changes will be significantly reduced by solidifying the HOP Basics from the very beginning.
