From June 16th to 20th, our gathering at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Dive into an array of complimentary workshops on Monday, kickstarting an enriching week, and explore paid workshops on Friday for a deeper dive into specialized topics.

Proficiency is a bigger and broader challenge every day in all industries.  Proficiency is more than just has a worker done the task before.  Even the most seasoned professional could be subject to personal distractions or situational landmines that are lurking and waiting to derail their performance.  A systematic review of a worker or collective teams: knowledge, training, experience, and situational challenges can help identify opportunities where more oversight or mitigating actions are needed to eliminate the risk of Human performance.  leveraging a case study, we will explore how to effectively puts layers of defenses in place to mitigate human performance risk.
