How effective have your efforts around HOP been?  Is your workforce really getting it or just going through the motions?  To truly answer these questions, you have to go and see.  Assessments are vital to understanding where you are so that you can plot your next moves.  To understand the true blue line story you must send someone who is trusted that your team will openly share and provide candid feedback.  This session will explore how peer lead assessments can be leveraged as a diagnostic tool to develop more effective HOP training and support.
