From June 16th to 20th, our gathering at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Assessments are vital to understanding where you are so that you can plot your next moves. To understand the true blue line story you must send someone who is trusted that your team will openly share and provide candid feedback. This session will explore how peer lead assessments can be leveraged as a diagnostic tool to develop more effective HOP training and support.
