Introduction to Speaking IN®
Are your employees willing to “speak up?”
Research shows that across the globe, most are not. This leaves organizations and potentially yours, unable to learn what is needed for work to go well, and how to support a thriving employee experience. Key to fixing this problem is shifting from the failing “speak-up” strategy to a science-based strategy that will work. Speaking IN® is a science-based strategy that allows leaders to create the open communication needed to unlock learning in a simple, sustainable way.
The Speaking IN INtroduction is a story-based approach that equips you with the why and how of speaking IN®. We will explore the power of diverse perspectives during a real-life unexpected event. We’ll also examine the assumptions, attitudes, and actions influencing outcomes in complex high-risk work. Most importantly, we will practice the foundational Speaking IN skills to create trust and unlock learning.
