From June 16th to 20th, our gathering at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Dive into an array of complimentary workshops on Monday, kickstarting an enriching week, and explore paid workshops on Friday for a deeper dive into specialized topics.

This workshop is designed to demonstrate by sharing real life examples of how companies and organizations are using Operational Learning to enhance their current programs. We often say that "HOP is not a program because we have enough programs." This workshop shows how this is being done and gives the attendees a chance to brainstorm their own ideas on how they can use HOP Principles and Operation Learning methods and techniques in their workplace.
