Part 2 "Taking HOP to the next Level"
This course will discuss specific ways to take HOP from a “Safety” initiative to a “Business” initiative.  One of the main points will be a discussion on what HOP has done versus what HOP is capable of.  The purpose of HOP is to Proactively Prevent “Unwanted Outcomes” due to human error.  The Focus Here is UNWANTED OUTCOMES.  Unwanted Outcomes are any errors or mistakes that could result in Injury, Mission Interruption or Physical Damage.  The reason for these specific terms is no one can claim HOP doesn’t apply to them or what they do.  At a minimum, every employee has the potential to affect Mission Interruption.  HOP is an Everybody Plays commitment.
