From June 16th to 20th, our gathering at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Dive into an array of complimentary workshops on Monday, kickstarting an enriching week, and explore paid workshops on Friday for a deeper dive into specialized topics.

About me

I am a professional engineer with over 20 years of electric and gas utility experience. Several years ago my career took an unexpected turn as I became highly interested in how organizational culture and leadership relationships influence organizational outcomes in safety, reliability and retention. I chased my passion and also became an organizational psychologist. I currently manage the human and organizational performance programs at Southern Company Gas.
