About me
Rob Statham is the President of Failsafe Network, Inc., which is celebrating 40 years of helping organizations and people learn from things that go wrong.
Rob has over 35 years of industrial experience, predominantly in the oil and gas industry. Rob’s career began after leaving the University of Wyoming in search of a job. A job found him, he started as a laborer in industrial construction. His career advanced and he became Failsafe’s first licensed affiliate in 2006. Rob is an expert trainer and a seasoned principal investigator who is passionate about helping people learn from things that go wrong. He possesses a unique ability to connect with all levels of an organization. Rob firmly believes that culture change begins with understanding latency.
Outside of Failsafe, Rob loves the Lord and lives a life of faith. His greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife Lesa and their four children. They enjoy the outdoors, especially camping and fly-fishing.
