Hilary Framke is a progressive leader in EHS, Sustainability & Podcast Host who has worked for organizations across industrial and commercial markets with global oversight. Hilary began her career in the food industry spending her early practitioner years in poultry and egg products. Shifting to the medical device and diagnostics manufacturing spaces, Hilary most recently served as the Director of EHS & Sustainability for a global business line within Siemens Healthineers. With a passion for innovation, technology, and transformation, Hilary now contributes to the EHS industry as the Vice President of EHS Solutions at SafetyStratus, an enterprise EHS software platform. SafetyStratus’ EHS Solutions Team collaborates with clients to ensure strong people & process enablement --- leading to improvements in productivity, business integration, risk management, remote work engagement, employee collaboration, and data visibility.
