Josh Bryant is the General Manager - People, Risk and Sustainability for Mitchell Services, a public listed Australian-based drilling company with over 800 employees who work across Australia, serving multiple clients in the surface and underground mining and exploration industries. With a background in science and technical management, he is known for his sharing of ideas and methods, particularly where he and his team have stumbled and had success, and in building community. Josh is the co-author of the best selling book The 4Ds for HOP and Learning Teams. He organizes the Safety Differently Book Club in Brisbane Australia, where he resides.
