About me
James brings his experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental management, underpinned by leadership experience gained through multiple operational deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as an Australian Army Intelligence Analyst (yes, we all know the oxymoron joke), and across high-risk industries including Public Health, Emergency Services, Oil and Gas, and Tourism.
In his senior leadership roles, James has focused on creating environments where learning is continuous, and capability is built from within. His current practice is centered on enabling individuals and organizations to reflect, adapt, and thrive by uncovering strengths, challenging assumptions, and fostering cultures of trust and accountability.
