About me

Mr. Newman has over 30 years of experience in the Energy industry (Generation, Transmission, and Science) and is currently the Human and Organizational Performance Manager at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. He got his HOP foundation in nuclear power in the early days and has focused solely on human performance since 2007. In 2015, he founded Human Performance Tools, LLC, which continues to provide training and consulting to many companies and employs multiple HOP trainers and consultants to serve client needs.
