Throughout his 11-year dedication to championing Lean principles, Kurt has been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within organizations. His expertise in Lean methodologies and unwavering commitment to learning and growth led him to achieve his black belt certification. Notably, Kurt has been deeply involved in the Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) methodology, actively applying the 5 principles and leading over 1000 learning teams to success.
