About me
I have worked in Nuclear Power for 15 years. I started as an electrical engineer and have served as a supervisor in engineering, the Manager of Systems Engineering, the Manager of Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance, and for the last 4.5 years I have been the Continuous Improvement Manager at D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant within the America Electric Power generation fleet. My current role oversees statio0n performance metrics, the corrective action program, and human performance. I have been involved with apparent cause and root cause investigations and now own those processes and teach the training material for those products at Cook Plant. My engineering and maintenance background help me understand both knowledge workers and field workers and their behaviors and effective tools.
