From June 16th to 20th, our gathering at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH, promises three immersive days packed with insights, innovation, and collaboration. Dive into an array of complimentary workshops on Monday, kickstarting an enriching week, and explore paid workshops on Friday for a deeper dive into specialized topics.

This talk discusses the five characteristics of resilient adaptive expertise include: early REcognition of changing conditions, being able to rapidly REvise one’s mental model, accurately REplanning when goals conflict or must be sacrificed,working to REconfigure available resources to meet changing demands, and REviewing past performance to learn from it.

It connects theoretical frameworks with practical operational techniques for supporting these capacities.
